Always persistent in chasing a disinterested Jughead, I seem to have a soft spot for the plainer people, fictitious or not. They often demonstrate that it's truly the heart that counts, and that's what makes the person.

Everyone wonders how Jughead can eat so much and still stay in shape. the answer- Big Ethel. He stays active by running away from Ethel many times. Ethel deserves to be better looking beacuse she is a good person at heart and her determination to get Jughead is enough to win your heart. Yes, she deserves to have a better-looking face and to be more....umm... 'developed'.

I always pitied this poor little girl. She was just so nice and friendly, yet disrespected by her peers. But other than that, She is not really well developed. If Jughead gave her the time of the day, I'm sure she'd be a good girlfriend.
