Whoever played this game during both the 2003 and 2004 State of the Unions is probably having some severe liver problems right about now.

Drink something with a low alcohol content for this one. A shot of whiskey for every time Bush says Weapons of Mass Murder or terrorism in any one speech will kill anyone!

Bro, you're right. The best is if you play video games as drinking games. In college me and my buds played the classic NHL 94 for Sega Genesis and pulled the goalies. Each time you scored, the other guy had to drink. The scores wind up being in the 30's so you can imagine how much you have to drink. It's even better if you play 4-way. Real fun way to pre-game.
