One of the most honest people I've ever dealt with has to be Nike (Estimator). I've dealt with lots of mechanics before, been ripped off and had very bad experiences in lots of auto shops in the past but no longer. I was stranded on the beach before when my car burst a coolant pipe, and was quoted a $600 inlet coolant pipe + thermostat housing job, on top of a $150 diagnostic fee and $20 lift use. A lift use charge! That's as crooked as people get. Had my car towed to D&D and not only was the job done in less than an hour, but he was extremely thorough, very honest and upfront about labor fees and parts cost, and above all it was all done for about $250.

I have been in numerous accidents and have had many cars repaired I have never had a company call and follow up with me regarding a repair. Chante called and made sure that my car was driving fine and that to see if I needed anything else. I loved the way they handled my insurance paperwork and helped me maximize my claim amount. They really held true to their word by making sure that my paperwork was filled out correctly but by making sure that I had no worries. Once they got my car they handled everything else. Even the estimate was wrong from the other place I actually paid less than the original estimate and it allowed me to spruce my car up a little bit

I brought my Honda in for service a few weeks ago. Initially, I had gotten my car looked at in a nearby dealership, and they recommended several very expensive repairs. I knew exactly nothing about cars, but I felt it important to get a second opinion. That's how I ended up at D&D, and I'm glad I did. As many others here have mentioned, Olaolu is great. I agree - he works with a great shop. I was fortunate to get a bunch of face time with him, and got to inquire as to why the dealership was suggestions 10x the cost in repairs. D&D, and Olaolu, do great work, at a reasonable price, and seem to be more interested in getting your regular business than in getting the most money they can out of you in one shot.

My car had been making a rattling sound and I went to D&D based on all the good reviews they've gotten. Strange took a look at my car, and told me I had extensive rust damage to the underside. He told me the immediate problem was with my muffler and he couldn't really do much about it. He referred me to a guy at and they took care of the problem. Dennis is the man! If you are in need of a mechanic shop that is fast, friendly and honest (Which is a rarity in SFLA), please give Dennis a call. I gave Dennis a call after looking on Yelp. I read the reviews but was still skeptical. He was very warm and nice on the phone and told me to come over. I jumped in my car and turned on the navigator -- Uhn?? This place is the Coral Gables? I contemplated on turning back as I got on 95 and the traffic was stand still yet again. I got there, met Dennis, told him I needed my brake pads changed. He looked at it and told me which one they will be working on but will make sure to check the other one as well. I walked into the reception area and gave the lady my key. I am sure I was in/out in less than 90 minutes. I was very impressed with the swiftness, honesty and level of professionalism. They do offer free WIFI in the reception while you wait on your vehicle. I am glad I took the drive there and will definitely go back there and refer friends!

This is hands down the best collision place in all of McDonough. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but Dennis(the owner) is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. He will give you a free estimate for any installation or repair work. He also has a machine for leak checking & recharching air conditioners low on freon. He has several lifts & can handle just about any automotive task from a simple oil change to a full motor swap. I'm a retired mechanic. After I retired I had gotten a shop to do work on my own car. But I had to let it go I was starting to feel the hurt from all those motor swaps I did back in the day. Started hearing some rattling noises from my '05 Civic that baffled me. I thought it could be a multitude of problems so I took my car In to see what was going on. I had full coverage on it so the insurance covered my repairs since it wasn't more that what my deductible was and anything I paid for I sent them a receipt and they sent me a check for what I paid. They popped the hood and got to work. Within 10 minutes, they advised me what the problem was and my options. I ended up having a crack in my exhaust manifold. They rarely did any work with exhaust manifolds but they were able to take care of my car no questions asked. I had ordered a new one from E bay and it got there within the week. I got a rental car through my insurance company. Everything went smooth.

I am satisified with the services I got from here. My Audi A4s check engine light came on I didn't know what it could have been. I went to Firestone and they charged me $100 for a diagnostic they told me what was wrong but my warranty was over a few months ago so they told me an arm and a leg just to get my car repaired. I went home and searched for auto repair shop around McDonough and found D&D. I went there and I was given an estimate on my cars repair. Within minutes of having my car they hooked it up and found what made my check engine light come on. All it needed was a tuneup like oil change spark plugs changed and alignment. I had a small fender bender where a woman pulled into the side of my car while pulling out of her street parking spot. State Farm, her insurance, made things incredibly easy. They told me I could either get an estimate and take it to get repaired somewhere, or I could use one of their preferred providers and not have to put down a penny of my own money. I was at the Eagles Landing Country club and saw 2 of your beautiful cars. Me and my wife took photos with them and posted them on your blog to show them off. We wish we had money to buy them but it was great to see them. I used to own an old school rolce royce but then it was costing to much to get it repaired so I ended up selling it to someone that restored old treasures. Thanks for bringing the cars to the gala it was nice seeing them. We have a couple of shows that we can use your car in so it would be nice to have them there. I was hit by a deer when driving back from my friends house. I took it to D and D to let the insurance company go and look at it. They told me that it would cost too much for my car to be repaired because of the extensive damages to the front of it. I was scared and didn't know what to do. I was one of those people that always thought that I will never run into a deer but on that Thursday night I did. The insurance company ended up totaling my car so I got a check for it. I was taking a short cut to go to my school close to this shop. I have been taking that route for the past 7 months and never noticed the shop because I guess I was just not paying that much attention. My car had a few damages but with my busy lifestyle I haven't been able to actually stop and say to myself I will take it for repairs. I manage a few clubs in Atlanta and Florida. I have the money to get my car repaired but that was not on my mind until one day I had to go and see a client that wanted to rent out the club and he asked what had happened to my car. I had come to this shop with my BMW and they had told me that they work on cars like mine all the time. They were right. So now I don't have to hide my car in the back of the club anymore I now park it upfront where people can see it and take pictures with it because D&D did a great job on it.

They have the coolest looking shop I have every seen. The whole atmosphere takes out of an auto repair place to a place where you can come do work, have coffee and a drink and enjoy the tvs. I would just come up here and sit all day if they let me. I was driving by and saw a Bentley Flying Spur in the parking lot. That is what brought me to their shop so I can see what kind of work they were doing there. I love expensive cars and would love to drive one someday. I still work a nine to five though and hate my job so I put in an application to buff cars there. hopefully I get the job. They used to be in forest park now they are in mcdonough. When I called for a quote on my newly damaged vehicle a person who I could tell knew about cars and customer service answered the phone. The person was honest and made me feel safe with bringing my car in. I spoke with chante and she got my car right in there and they were able to get it repaired in 2 weeks. It took a little while to get parts in as they told me because they had to send in some type of paper work to show the insurance person that it needed them. I am so happy with their services. I would recommend them to all my family.

When I wrecked my vehicle and didn't want to have it towed in. They sent a representative to my house and they took pictures and gave me a very good consultation to the services that they offer. The took pictures for my insurance companies and worked with me in getting the write things written down so I could get what I really needed to get my car fixed than what I didn't need. They directly worked with my insurance company and got my car repaired quickly. I just moved to georgia from florida and I have never seen a woman painter that also knows how to break down a car like RED did. Her work is amazing. They are experts in working with custom vehicles. They showed me the Ferrari they had just got in to do some custom work to. I also saw all sorts of cars in their warehouse that they were working on. There were some that I saw that had smashed door and some that I saw that were completley dismantled. I was coming in for work on my front bumper. They worked so fast that I picked my car back up in two days after leaving it. They had it buffed out so no one would be able to tell there was even any damage done to it. I even got a complimentary car wash before it was returned to me. They offered me a discount for a returned visit and they had the best customer service in the area. I will be taking my car there all the time because of how nice they were too me and for them taking care of me

After talking to many auto collision centers about the repairs needed on my vehicle and pretty much getting the run around I had actually given up and just thought about selling my vehicle. After talking to potential car buyers I deceided to research some more of auto collision centers and stumbled across DD. I was hesitant at first because I didnt want to get the same run around as before but I called them anyway. They were so professional and they were extrememely knowledgable in cars and in their company. They offered me a towing option or even to send their employees to my home to inspect and offer me an estimate. They work directly with my insurance company and I got my car back in 3 weeks. The paperwork was easy and simple. Everyone I spoke with knew about my car and care about the type of work they produced.

This company is so great that I moved down to Georgia because I have always known that I would be taken well care of by this company. I was in a very bad wreck in 2004 which is what led me to be wheel chair bound. I joined the special Olympics back in 2007 after my body recovered from the accident. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car flipped over about 5 times before it landed upside down. My cars have always been customized by this company and they always gave me the best for my money. The graphics on my car were also designed by AC Graphics Online that work with D&D to give my cars and trucks the mean look they all deserves. They also customized my wheel chair with some sick graphics. I love what this company does for my and my buddies from my team. This is a great place to feel welcomed and at home. A lot of collision centers all offer the same type of services but many forget that its how you treat your customers. They treat their customers like they only have one and you get the special attention. When I called for an estimate on a vehicle I spoke to Nike and gave my the best information and he walked me through step by step on what I needed to get my car repaired. He even pointed me to their website to where I can see the work they have done. He even offered me competitor rates. They towed my car in and gave it an extra look and worked on my car for a few weeks. While they had my car they constantly called me and made sure that I was ok and kept me aware on the updates with my vehicle. They got my car back to me in know time and I had no other issues with my repair. They even called and gave me a post repair checkup to make sure I was satisfied with my work.

When my car got into a wreck on 75. I honestly didnt know who to call or where to go so I called the first number that came up on google when I searched for body shops in mcdonough. After calling them we scheduled a time for me to come in to speak with Chante about the damages to our car. I thought we were going to have to wait hours before we were seen but we were actually greeted by her and she helped up out right away. More cars came in to their business so we saw that they are are reliable copmany since everybody was bringing their cars to them. My deductible was 500 so I really didn't have much to pay for the repairs. My Insuarance company sent in a check for the supplement for the other damages which is why I am glad I didn't have to pay all that to have it repaired. I just bought my car a few days ago all of a sudden I got rear ended then I hit another car in the front. I only had 800 miles on it I thought my car would not be able to be put back together but this company showed me up. My car is now in the shape that it was. I went to this location with my girlfriend. We finished up the paper work on the car that we bought from here. Since you guys fix cars it was the best place to also buy and you also had the best price on it so we snagged it up.

I was hit the other night coming back from the club by someone with no insurance so the person had to pay out of pocket for my car. I am happy that D&D was able to take care of my damages but the person that paid for my car is happy too because they didn't kill on the repair damages
