Apricots are those beautifully orange colored fruits full of beta-carotene and fiber that are one of the first signs of summer.

I really like apricots, but I note Randyman's comments below. I once had some 'cot trees and indeed, they are prolific. You wind up disposing of pounds of them.

Once, I would have rated these a five, but I have two Apricot trees in my backyard and every year I have Apricots coming out of my ears. I still like them, but just a little tired of them.

I enjoy apricot nectar a lot. You can buy it in these little metal cans that are great for school lunches, camping, or picnics.
