I'm still working the flaws out of my resume.

I am perfectly happy with the many things I do. Wouldn't change it.

It says partner next to my name on the papers. I think I am there.

I would love a new job and plan to continue and hopefully reach this goal in the coming year. I enjoy most of what I do, though the pay could be better (couldnt it always!). But, I mainly want to leave because I work for the sack of dog do from Hell. He's one of those guys who pretends to like you but has such a need to look good that he has no qualms about blaming his underlings for things that are really his fault that is unless you have a charter membership to his Kiss Bum Club. Sadly for him, I don't handle that kind of thing very well and I call them as I see them. However, he pulled just a few too many of his stunts on a few too many people and the tables turned on him a bit last year; he finally got a bit of his long awaited comeuppance. I dont plan to involve myself but, with his slimy record, I wouldn't get too comfortable.

UPDATE: Wow, it was a little over a year ago that I vowed to get a new job, and I only got one just about three months ago. I'm such a slacker. Anyway, since I finally got a job that I can be proud of, I'm off the job search. Yay! Orig. Comment 12/24/03: Damn straight. Starting tomorrow. (By the way . . . anyone hiring in the MD area?)

I don't hate my job now, I actually like what I do. The problem is with a car soon I might need a full time job during the summer. If I'm lucky they'll be an opening in May or June. But right now I plan on staying where I am.

Nope, not me. Managing all the people is a pain but the rest is all good.
