Ugh, what a nightmare. When I tried to buy 2 tickets for a concert online, the credit card verification process wasn't working properly and told me that my address didn't match my credit card (which it does). When I finally was able to track down a phone number for customer service, I found out that for two $12 tickets, the service charge was more than $10. So, I got back online with another credit card only to find that my previous order was included in my shopping cart, meaning that instead of 2 tickets, I was charged for 4. Once again, it was impossible to locate a number for customer service, so I had to call the phone sales number again, where I was kept on hold, until I was transferred to Customer Service. Lousy Web site, lousy service. *** and the ordeal continues... in order to get my refund on the 2 tickets, they had to cancel my entire order, meaning that I had to go through the whole process again... !
