The greatest option QB of alltime. He never put of huge numbers, because he was so good at spreading the ball around by properly excuting the option attack. He was the leader of the greatest rushing offense in the histroy of college football.

Amazing, but not the best. He had some talent around him.

I dont think that any other player EVER will accomplishw hat this man did, not even Leinhart. Tommie overcame injury and was basically the first Vick.

Amazing QB who rarely lost. Check out his performance in the Fiesta Bowl against Florida.

lead NU to 3 national championship games, won 2 back-to-back, only lost twice in 4 years. no QB in college football history has a better record.

I am from Tommies highschool where I watched him play and lead us to our 4th state championship in 10 years. This man was an amazingly gifted player. His vision and ability to make the big plays is why even today I respect him and he is worshiped not only by Nebraska Cornhusker fans but by Manatee Hurricane fans as well. He may have made his name in nebraska but he will always be a hurricane. Tommie thanks for the memoires and the dreams you intsilled in myself and other litlle boys that watched you play the game.

Got a raw deal by not winning the heisman. Health problems and lack of pro potential cost him in the running which shouldn't be.

Tommie Frazier played for an over-rated Nebraska team in the mid 90's that sh_t out a couple of cheap Nat'L Championships.

Underdog in only 2 games over 4 years as a starting QB. 43 TD and 11 Int for an incredible career 4 to 1 touchdown to interception ratio. Career 2,300 yds rushing and 36 TD. Rushed for an all-time bowl rushing record by a QB with 199 yds vs Florida leading Nebraska to the 1995 National Championship in a 62-24 humiliation of the SEC Champ and #2 Florida Gators with their fancy passing offense. 4 conference titles, 2 national championships and 3 time Bowl MVP. Only college QB to play in 3 straight national championship games.

Good lord, this guy was Bowl game MVP three times, once in a losing effort. Started 1/2 way through his freshman year, and led N to four conference titles and two national titles in 3 title games. Led the country in average yards per pass attempt during his senior season for those who say he couldn't throw. Came back from blood clots to lead N to the title in '95 Orange Bowl vs Miami at the Orange Bowl. Ran for 199 yards vs Florida in a 62-24 whipping in the '96 Fiesta Bowl. Totally outplayed Heisman Trophy winner Charlie Ward in a losing effort in the '94 Orange Bowl for the title as a sophomore. He's right up there with Herschel and Barry Sanders for the best college player of the past 25 years.
