Nebraska fans also know that FSU's best player that night wasn't Ward but the referees. There was so much controvesy surrounding this game. First NU has to play the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP down in Florida against FSU. Then if you actually watched the game, the calls that were made. The phantom block in the back which the announcers kept saying they also didn't see on Nebraska's Corey Dixon's punt return. Florida State fumbling the ball trying to dive into the endzone and Nebraska landing on it. Somehow FSU gets the ball back. Yet with these key calls and numerous others, sophomore Frazier still put the team in a position to win. Come from behind? By what...a point? Please...I don't even recognize Florida State's 93 Championship. They even lost a game.
