I am 43 years old and have been a regular patient of Dr. Mott since I was 18. She has delivered by 1st baby and my twins 10 months later (in hospital for 2 months because babies wanted to come early). The nurses at St. Lukes all had respect for her. She is very professional and competent. That is why she is so sought after and sometimes busy. I know that as a patient, in order for me to get the most out of my visits are to be prepared with all questions and concerns. She always asks if I have any questions at the end of our visits.

Give her a chance and tell her that one of her long time patients wanted you to be taken care of, that is why I have written this review.

Her office staff is incompetent. Standard wait time for an appointment once you check in is never less than two hours for a visit with Dr Mott that lasts no longer than ten minutes. She should be stripped of her license by the way she treats her patients and allows her staff to botch records, report false findings, and mishandle insurance paperwork. Not only will she ignore your medical condition, unless of course, you're in labor, but she will not take any action to lessen your pain, discomfort, or personal worries unless. If you have a non-pregnancy-related medical concern, plan on her taking about a year to find the time in her "busy" day to stop and treat you properly. Save your money, your time and go somewhere else. As a doctor, shes worthless.
