A better idea than making this a "holiday" would be to just stop buying his records, which I think has been happening anyway for awhile now. Make it so the next time he's caught in a compromising situation with a child, he'll no longer have enough money to buy the silence of the kid's parents, and will end up in jail, where he would have been long ago had he been just an ordinary citizen instead of a "Star".

 I tend to agree with Ron White on a couple of issues regarding Michael Jackson. First, they found life size, anatomically correct dolls of children at Michael Jackson's house. If they found a life size, anatomically correct doll of a woman at my house, people would assume I was having sex with it. Second, if he is guily or not guilty, don't let your kids go to Michael "Effin" Jackson's house.

Anyway, where I live there is already something called Anti-Michael Jackson Day. It's commonly referred to as today.

Parents have already gone to great lengths over this evil child fondler by telling their kids jokes about Michael Jackson, cleverly designed propaganda in a form that children can pass around their school and take humour in. Perhaps this holiday would be a great occasion for parents and children alike to share these jokes, laughing and having fun while remembering the true meaning of National Anti-Michael Jackson Day.
