Hillary Duff is the biggest Ditz posing as a punk in her posters. Someone who wheres an inch of coverup is not hot! I think for a 16 yr old (or however old) shes doing way too much... singing, acting(which she sucks at). I hate it when ppl try to do everything! If you can act, act. If you can sing, sing.
