It's not illegal to have consentual sex with someone and film it with their knowledge and consent, just rather stupid to not lock up the tape in a safe afterward.

Arrested! She'd adore the attention she'd get for that. Knowing her she'll set it up herself but what I think is so wrong is that she gives the proceeds of that tape to charity...thats unbelievable. Any way the rich hotpants will b able to bail herself out.

Why would Paris Hilton be arrested for her sex tape? Last time I checked it was perfectly legal for anyone to do this in the privacy of their home. Why don't we just forget about the celebrity trial and lock her up next to Michael Jackson.

Screwing on film is not illegal. There are thousands of people who do it everyday and who aren't arrested. Maybe if they did something really stupid, like filming themselves with a minor, or documenting sexual assaults. No, it is punishment enough that she has the respect of absolutely no one, a state of affairs that will continue as long as she insists on opening her mouth for any reason.

This will happen after they decide to arrest every other bimbo that thought that getting naked in front of a camera would be a good idea.
