Finger Furniture Company 1

I bought their Matteress Cover Plan with With Fingers at Sugarland when I bought my new matteress and box springs. The Cost was $80.00 and that said I would get 4 matteress pads whenever I requested them. BullShit! I was through a company called "Guardsman" which is another Bullshit crappy company just like Fingers has turned into since Ronnie Finger took over!

I got one pad when I left the store in 2004 and have been trying for 4 years now to get the other three. Guardsmark sent me two Queen zine ones when I had orderd the King size ones and filled out all of their paperwork for these replacements. I wanted to know if they wanted them back and they said no just give these 2 to someone! Great way to run a business!

I wrote a letter to Ronnie Finger only to get a reply from his executive flunky who said she would get this matter resolved and just like her boss Ronnie Finger no truth or substamce to what they say or do!

Fingers used to be a great company before Ronnie Finger took over, now the customer service and company as a whole has turned into a sleazy, sloppy and poorly ru=n company under Ronnie Finger.

At least Gallery Furniture has some Dignity and respect for mtheir customers, thank goodness for Mack, at least he and his wife linda are class acts! Shame one you Ronnie Finger!

Finger Furniture Company 1

Finger furniture company is the absolute worst furniture buying experience you will ever endure.  A recent episode of purchasing a bed from Fingers involved no fewer than four actual service man visits and no fewer than seven scheduled visits.

You may be asking why did the number of actual visits not equal the number of scheduled visits?  It is either because nobody at Fingers has a watch or because nobody at Fingers can read a watch.  They missed their three hour delivery appointments by as few as forty-five minutes in one case and as much as by four hours in another case.  The four-hour miss occurred when their delivery driver actually called my house at 12:30 AM.  Not luch time, 12:30 AM at night...after David Letterman has gone off!!!  When I refused this delivery (he was going to be repairing the frame to the bed that I had just gone to sleep in), the driver acted indignant as if he couldn't believe that I was not going to let a total stranger in my house with his buddy at 12:30 at night.

The times when they did hit their window were as follows:  Two guys set up the bed and connect it to the headboard.  Frame isn't what I want so they bring out another frame.  Two guys come in--neither one knows that there are locking pins on the frame.  It didn't matter because the frame was about 2 inches too wide for the mattress.  Two new guys show up to replace the frame....without tools.  No kidding.  No tools.  Lastly, one guy shows up--a 66 year old man to replace the box spring since they cannot be trusted to show up with tools.  He had no tools either so we borrowed some of my own.

I could go on about the surly sales managers, the inaccessable Finger family, the apathetic sales consultants, the bizarre treatment in the store or about how twice they lied right to our faces about not working on Sundays and the bed frame being free but you're bound to find these same things at any store.  Finger's seems to  have turned inept customer service into a system-wide badge of honor that all of their employees display proudly.  Good job on that Mr. Finger!

As for me, Fingers has seen the last of me.
