Jerseys and pants are pretty good, but the helmet is not. Nothing intimidating about a giant M on a white helmet. I prefer a red helmet with the hawk on the helmet, kinda like the Baltimore Ravens. Although the hawk on a white helmet wouldn't look all that bad.
