 | snowmaiden (0) 08/10/2005 | Their program was a lot simpler than Russians, plus it was recycled from 2000 because they could not handle the Olympic program Lori Nichol made for them. The sports should be about the challenge and playing safe should not be rewarded so high.

 | pop_90 (0) 01/31/2003 | Jamie and David are an awesome skating couple. You can see their charisma when they are skating and their love for the sport is obvious. Jamie and David deserve to be recognized for their outstanding achievements. Way to go!

 | lukskywlkr. (3) 11/14/2002 | They definitely handled the situation better than I would have. They never once complained or said they thought they were cheated. Everybody else said it for them.

 | auntlenny (0) 05/06/2002 | Jamie and David were the class of the field, both on and off the ice. The judging problem was not of their making, but they handled it, and themselves, extremely well. No one contests that figure skating is subjectively judged---but, this was a case of a judge cheating in order to obtain an advantage for her country's skaters. The French judge should be banned for life, and there should be further investigation---other judges and federations must have been involved in the deal.

 | sherlockbones (0) 04/30/2002 | They did well and for all public appearances, were not in contention with the judging procedures. In this way (and for their beautiful performance) they deserve 4 stars, but no more.

I am disappointed at David and Jamie for performing the same program at the Olympics.
Love story is a beautiful program but I am sick of it. I am also disappointed at David and Jamie for skipping the Worlds.

 | bennyblue (0) 03/01/2002 | Silver medalists. Did they think they were the first to think they deserved better? It's a subjective sport...you need to roll with the punches.

 | charliethetuna (1) 02/21/2002 | I can see it now. Everybody's going to give them 5 stars. Get on the bandwagon. They did a real nice performance. But, remember, most of the field just flat out sucked on medal day. Sale and Pelletier did a simple performance, but they did it flawlessly. Their emotions when they finished were enough to inspire you. I'm glad they got their gold, eventually. And, their agent is glad they got screwed. That french judge was probably worth $10 million to this pair. if they don't get shafted, their not folk heroes - but now...
