Fellini is a master at depicting decadence. And the main actors are pretty handsome

I would like to give Fellini a higher mark since I think he's a very good director. Roma and Amarcord are two of my favorite foreign films. But this one is just a mess. It jumps from one thing to another without explanation and the subtitles are no help as they are terrible. A waste of time in my opinion.
