10/14/2004 | I saw FOTR before I finished reading the books, so he literally was Gandalf in the last four books (if you count it as six books) to me. I liked him better as the Gray Wizard, but the White Wizard was still good.

01/27/2004 | Billy Boyd was definitely one of the best actors in this movie. The song in The Return of the King was SO GORGEOUS!!! He seemed to really be in tune with his character and made the movie very enjoyable!

01/15/2004 | The best thing about Sir Ian's performance in these films is it was so authentic. He took inspiration and cues from the novels from the walk to the speech to way he leaned upon his staff. It truly is amazing how well he became this wizard.
