Last month, I took my cat to the Bingle Vet, and I was disappointed. The nurses and assistants were great and very sociable to me and to my cat. My cat wasn't thrilled by the number of dogs there, but that will happen at almost any vet. The part that bothered me is when Dr. Vaughan examined my cat. She had some bleeding on her abdomen, so he simply grabbed her up and threw her on her back. Then he wrapped his hand around a mass with his fingers digging in and then flipped her back upright. He made no gestures to the cat other than to throw her around. Then he announced that she had a tumor which was probably going to be terminal. He was not personable at all and just made the blunt statement and said she would need surgery. Dr. Vaughan did perform the surgery and appears to be technically adept as my cat is doing okay for now. My husband took her back to have her stitches removed and I had to take her back a third time as they missed removing one of them. Again, the nurses were very nice to me and my cat. I will be looking for another vet however. I did not appreciate the rough treatment of my sick cat nor the abrupt nature of the doctor.

Update: It seems my cat had a common UTI after having been spade. She's doing great now, and I will recommend this vet. A very friendly staff as well.
