Having worked with and for more than a few politicians, I have noticed that an inordinate number of them have libidos like an seventeen year old on Grad night.

This applies to both gender pols by the way.

Further, it is readily apparent that proximity to power steams the panties of more women than are probably willing to admit the fact. Short of rock stars and major league athletes, a politician who wants it can get more pussy than damn near anyone.

Whether or not power corrupts is a question for another list, but it sure as hell seduces.

It seems some people do get off on power vs. sex. I'm not the type that would like all the responsibilities of said power so no.

Power can be an aphrodisiac, but never all by itself. Power must be tamed by civility, love, humor and intelligence.

power is just a distorted version of servanthood and love. That's why it destroys all it comes in contact with.

Let's face it, power isn't as fun as it used to be. Power used to mean sending thousands of men to besiege and pillage a bastion from an ancient culture and enjoying bounty, plunder, wine and dancing girls in the aftermath. The best one can do these days is brag about the high net income of their fast food chain.
