This may not be the same as the person who killed Jill is evil. Jack is evil. Therefore Jack killed Jill.

This is basically saying that if I drop a stone it will fall to the ground and then assuming that if any other stone falls to the ground, it was dropped as well. Such reasoning fails to consider the possibility of the stone having been knocked off of a precipice or any other alternative to having actually been dropped. I don't really see this too much around here, but it does show up once in a while. (I try to stay away from pages about Michael Jackson or other such controversy - there are enough idiots cluttering up the subjects I DO care about.)

I love this one. If Michael Jackson molested a child he's a pederast. Michael's a pederast therefore he molested a child. Case closed. This makes up about half the comments about Jackson, OJ, Peterson, Benet, Scott etc.
