The Management and stuff are horrible. They don't fix anything. They loose your workorders and then acct stupid as if they have never seen them. Totally incompetend.

I'm sorry but I have never experienced living in a complex which can not conduct business with integrity. We were trying to give written notice well within the lease requirements on how many days prior and was refused. They tried to tell us we couldn't give notice prior to the 30th day before lease contract was up. Who in the world trained the office staff? I will be contacting the management soon, hopefully they are educated in apartment leasing laws and policies!
