01/31/2006 | another nice change of pace to regular potatoes. they a good taste to them. I wish I was better at cooking them. and serving them in recipies. I hear of so many good sweet potato recipies.

05/12/2005 | They are also good cut into large wedges, tossed with in a bit of olive oil and seasoned with a mixture of chipotle powder, granulated garlic, salt and pepper then roasted in the oven until tender and a bit crisp. This is a great accompaniment to BBQ'd ribs or a thick, juicy grilled steak.

02/11/2005 | I really enjoy sweet potatoes. baked and served with butter and honey. Sweet Potato Pie is another southern favorite.
