My favorite peppers are bell peppers, particularly red, orange and yellow varieties.

Bell Peppers really don't do much for me. I absolutely despise them when they are cooked, and even when they are fresh, they just aren't that great to eat in my opinion.

Colorful, tasty (without being spicy!), and loaded with vitamin C.

I don't think that fajitas would exist without bell peppers!

versatile, but also good to eat by themselves, and also dipped in salad dressing

If any one vegetable can be considered more "exciting" than others, it's the pepper. Peppers are a food and a spice all-in-one!

Second to only the potato, peppers come big and small, but either way food without them is black and white, bland. The pepper, in any size, color, or type; is like a burst of color. Bell peppers are also great alone, with maybe a drop of olive oil.

The best vegetable, bar none, is the pepper. I love cooking with and growing them, they're full of vitamin C, and they taste great.
