Bad Senate! Taking away Georgie's imaginary playhouse. "Okay, I'm the Daddy Administrator and Dolly is the Mommy Administrator and Teddy is the Baby Administrator."

Lets go back to high school government...There is an Executive Branch (that's you President Bush), the Legislative Branch (that's Congress) and a Judicial Branch (which are the courts). No administrative branch, indeed they all adminster the law in varying degrees.
