Before ridiculing any randomly detached quotes or exerpts we need to learn to deriviation of it. Where did it come from and what context has he used this in? This is obviously unclear so I'm not certain whether he applied this as an actualy display of stupidity, or just targeted by radical leftists who tries anything to make him seem retarded.
