this movie didnt really change my life..it jus showed me not to go on an iron ship in the winter!lol

Overrated Harlequin romance. This movie is highly fictionalized-jeez, I never would have guessed! I don't know how this slop got Best Picture, but then I usually don't agree with the Oscars anyway.

People love it or people hate it...I've yet to meet a person who didn't really care either way. While the history takes a back seat to the romance, it's still a good epic in my book. It's tiring popularity and overplayed theme song aside, James Cameron did a fantastic job of recreating the grandeur of the Titanic and the horror of it's sinking.
