I loved the first one, it was both funny and action packed. If done right there can be an awesome sequel. Even though it is being made, we don't know much about it right now but since Johnny Deep immediatly signed up to do it then I'm already excited to see it.

I wasn't a huge fan of the first one, but I confess to a lot of curiosity about seeing Keith Richards play Johnny Depp's father in this.

This is currently in the stages of pre-production and has a tentative release date for 2006. So far, all of the same cast has agreed to star in the sequel.

And tvtater Geoffrey Rush cant come in to the sequel cause if u didnt notice... he's dead!! But Johnny,Orlando,kiera and a whole bunch are gonna be in the sequel to have a swash-buckling adventure!

I think that it was an awesome movie!!! Keep the same actors and acteresses and the 2nd movie will be great!! I am so excided to see the next movie!

The are making a trilogy I believe. The first one was very well done, so I'm expecting the next 2 to be just as good.

The 1st one was ok...but I really don't feel that it was worthy enough to reach a sequel. However, because so many people did love it, the fans deserve a 2nd one...

This one is in the works too. The first one was such a fun trip. I hope they bring back Geoffrey Rush for the second one. Depp, Bloom, Rush, Knightley and the rest of the cast made this such an enjoyable movie of 2003. The 2nd one could be just as fun.

I can give it 5 stars because the first one was GREAT!!! and if they have the same actors it should be just as good!
