1-95 crosses the northern tip of Delaware. Not much of interest here, Wilmington is nearby but I've never stopped there. Its the only stretch of 1-95 where you have to pay tolls. Lots of factories around. Once you cross the Memorial Bridge into New Jersey, you are greeted by the sight of a petroleum refinery. This a very highly industrialized area of the country.

Decent roadway. Downside is that the speed limit drops from 65 to 55 when entering Delaware from both Maryland and New Jersey, and there is a toll for the highway and for the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The state is so tiny that two tolls is just too much.
