I-87 is the primary interstate used to connect New York City to the Upstate. It runs down the Hudson River Valley, taking in the Catskill Mountains and Albany all the way up to the Adirondack Mountains, ending at the border with Ontario. It's another nice drive with varied scenery, New York does a good job with it's highways.

A nice highway with usually great traffic and nice rest stops. Loses a point for the whole toll thing.
