Jim Pruett’s No Customer Service

Jim Pruett’s Guns and Ammo is a place to purchase guns and ammo if you want no customer service. Jim is rude to the customers especially if you purchase a gun and have it transferred to their store Jim will treat you with total disrespect and even yell at you. They refuse to special order guns they do not carry in store. You will only be treated with respect if you purchase something in the store’s inventory. I recommend Gander Mountain over Jim Pruett’s store any day. I have always been treated with respect and gotten great customer service at Gander Mountain. They will even special order a gun they do not have in the store. All the Employees at Gander Mountain understand Customer Service where Jim Pruett and his employees do not. Jim is not in the business to keep customers but to sell his guns and nothing more.

Why is this place listed in Musical Instruments? Perhaps it is because the release of a slide lock and the purr of .50 cal is quite a harmony.

Do your homework. I'll bet you that you can get whatever your looking for, for MUCH LESS elswhere. I purchased at Pruett's Guns and Ammo only to discover later that I way overpaid. I felt like an idiot for failing to check the price from other dealers first. Yep, I'm an idiot, and I paid for it - Big Time!

Love the place I was very impressed, I thought the place would be bigger but when I walked in I saw that they had a wide selection and Carl was great and took his time to wait on me and help me with anything I needed. Jim, you better hold on to him for a while. I had a small problem with the gun I purchased from you but Carl is taking care of it.
