You still walk through a cemetary to get there from the north (the practice is now frowned upon), they cleaned all the ivy off the walls outside, there's a lot less exposed asbestos insulation in the locker rooms, Jerry Green left amid mixed metaphors and a poker analogy about the place, and Ken Kesey has seen his last game but this place still has a lot of character. Try shooting free throws with the basket shaking and a bunch of guys from the Sierra Club throwing carmelcorn at you. Except for the lower level, if you're over 5'9" you have to face sideways because the seats are so small. Also, about 50 "reserved" seats have a partially obstructed view of the court. It's the loudest place to play on the west coast, and the pre-cambrian fans are brutal hecklers. The rims look like barrels for some reason, and it's hard to miss a shot in that place.
