FYI: as far as I know Kerplackistan is a fictonal place made up for one of the Austin Powers movies...so for those who dont quite get it...I was intending for this to be somewhat humourous...maybe I was wrong...*goes over to corner and cries as other RIA members mock my bad sense of humour with poorly thought up comments*
