 | navinj (0) 12/21/2007 | Seen em several times and always put on an awesome show. Buck Dharma was and is one of the most underrated guitarists in the world that goes for the rest of the band, great lyrics, great musicianship. Their 1st 3 albums were ahead of their time and they weren't even their biggest sellers.

 | redfootball (0) 05/03/2007 | The thinking-man's heavy-metal group. If BOC didn't set the standard for heavy metal, it raised the bar in terms of refined, yet torrid guitar playing, lyrics and willingness to play anywhere at any time. "On tour forever" and still a great draw.

 | lewboc (0) 06/25/2006 | boc has performed rock and roll as a band for 34 years and till can rock with the best of the them. I put their top 3 classic songs on classic rock aganist many other bands top 3 songs. boc never intended to be a top 40 band. they just wanted to create their brand of music and did win quite a few loyal fans along the way. they have many classic songs that nobody has heard of except their loyal fans. they really deserve to be in the hall of fame

 | evan_s (0) 02/21/2006 | Every time I hear "Don't Fear the Reaper" - all I can think about is Will Ferril playing the cowbell as a member of BOC in a SNL scit - and all I can hear is how loud that cowbell is.

 | Cletus Cuff (0) 12/16/2005 | Like most people know...Their 1st 4 albums are like nothing else in rock history. These guys are a lot more influential and original than most people realize. I can't think of any band before them that started laser shows, triple drum solos, or 5 guitars. Plus they have one of the coolest band logos ever. Reaper, Zilla, Burnin' for you, Astronomy, Veteran of the psycic wars, and a billion other great songs and albums along with longevity should get them in someday.

 | cpdaddy (0) 11/09/2005 | First 4 or 5 albums are, literally, from another dimension. Those who do not know the Secrets of the Quicklime Girl or have not been to the Valley of the Telescopes will be none the wiser.
The soft doctrines of Imaginos foretell that they will be inducted into the Baron Von Frankenstein Hall of Cosmic Transendence just about the time that Nazi morons such as Axl Rose get inducted into the R&R HOF.
Thank You. I feel better now.

 | liferspreng (0) 11/01/2005 | Truly a monster band. Are they too much of a cult group to generate the widespread support required for the Hall?
John Deere Co. would be wise and could move a lot of tractors if BOC could license Don't Fear The Reaper to them. Hell,I might buy one and I don't even have a plow yet. After all, look what Aerosmith is doing for GM?

 | MustardJeff (0) 09/27/2005 | I have been listening to BOC for over 30 years. their first 3 albums are timeless and Secret Treaties is a masterpiece. Their live performances are legendary. Great music (five guitars), lasers, mirror balls, fog, and Godzilla. Why aren't they in the R&R Hall of Fame.

Actually, I like BOC. Everything I've heard I thought was pretty cool. They're kind of like the Frank Zappa of heavy metal. Their music is very intelligent. In most cases it's above their audience.

 | journey2006 (0) 05/06/2005 | Don't fear the reaper is a strong and emotional song. They should be inducteed for that powerful classic rock tune.
