One of the best.
It may need work, but once you are in your seat, it's a wonderful place. For a big game at night, there are few that compare. The sightlines are as good as any stadium in the country and the place is loud.
You guys that rip the neighborhood the Orange Bowl sits in need to get out a little more.

Can't believe it is still standing; it's rusty and just nasty. Bad location too. There's nothing positive to say about the place.

The fans know nothing about the team: they're just following the hot team.

I can't believe that this place hasn't collapsed from the age and rust. Probably the worst stadium for the worst college football fans (if you can call them that) in the country. Went there in '97 when Miami sucked and no one wanted to claim them. Went there a couple of years ago during their national championship season and everyone you met on the street was a Cane fan. Unfortunately, they stayed on the street because the Orange Bowl was only about half full for a prime-time ESPN game that night. Oh, and good luck getting to the stadium without getting car-jacked or mugged. It's located in one of the worst areas of any city I've ever been in.

Located in the middle of a sweltering ghetto and inhabited by a team that represents the dregs of college football.

A classic, tradition-filled stadium that looks and feels like it will start falling down if you jump up too quickly. One word describes the OB... CRACK. They're all over the concrete. You can't avoid seeing it when their fans sit down in front of you. And you can buy it cheap in the ghetto neighborhood just outside the gates.

Can I give it 0 stars? The joke of college football. One of the greatest teams of all time ( I did not say they play by the rules) and the worst stadium of all time bar none. If you don't get mugged coming to and from the game, you have accomplished the number one fan goal in Miami. And what fans are those, not many....

The Orange Bowl makes me sad lately...all that tradition and its just falling to pieces. They do serve beer, but even that is sort of depressing...there are guys walking around with huge tupperware containers and t-shirts that say cool beer. Not much for game environment and unless Miami is playing another big team, there are plenty of empty seats. Definitely doesn't feel like a college atmosphere to me. On the other hand, I have always thought the pre-game bit with the Hurricane warning flags is pretty cool.

The only time its packed is when a big time team comes..that said, it was THE loudest place I ever been to during the UM-FSU game, Wide-Right III, that place was rocking in the 4th qtr! That and the serve BEER during the game, that right there is worth a 5-star rating! No fan support otherwise

Stadium is awful; dark, dank, and falling apart. Seating is uncomfortable and antiquated if you aren't in the Big Bucks areas. The behavior of the so-called fans is rude, lewd and socially unacceptable.

This stadium has tradition all right...EMPTY SEATS! The last time our team played there in the Orange Bowl, we won but the street thugs were the real victors. The City and University of Miami should hang their head in shame! Why would anyone want to visit the third world crap hole that south Florida has become?

This place is a dump, but it's OK because of it's history and because of the Canes. If not for that, it just sucks. Thing is, it looks like it was thrown up for cheap.....like Miami said back in the '60's...Hey we got an expansion team , somebody build a stadium ASAP!. It looks like it was done on the cheap and the amenties just plain suck. Example...I was at the UM-FSU game this year, had to take a piss. Damned bathrooms were too small and were in what looked like booths under the steel supports. The friggin line was so long a guy just said Hey dudes piss in the sink! Once you got inside it, the box was shaking. The neighborhood around the stadium doesnt even feel like America. Seriously ! And forget about parking. Better bring a Spanish-to-English dictionary to park on Papi's lawn for $20.

Get the bowl game back here, it stinks up at Pro Player half way to Orlando stadium. The Orange Bowl was fun for the bowl game, steamy, humid, hot, dark and loud. When UM can sell tickets it's loud but usually there's only 40,000.

The Orange Bowl is old and not in a good way. The place is a dump. The stadium is usually half empty despite the fact that Miami is one of the top football programs in the country year in and year out.

I've seen some the best games in college football ever played from the very top corner of the Orange Bowl and I still had a great view of the game. There are no bad seats (except behind a beam, but we stick nonfootballs there anyway). The place gets loud, especially for Hurricane games. Not bad for a small private school of less than 8,000 undergraduates.

The stadium loses something by not being on campus, but on the other hand there is lots of tailgating going on before and after, and so close to South Beach, Brickell, and Calle Ocho, the good restaurants abound for pre- and post- game celebrations! what a great place to watch football.

Whether it's UM Football, World Cup Soccer, or High-School Athletics, this stadium may be a relic, but it still knows how to rock and roll. The beer may be a bit flat, but you know what - you can still see and hear the action at the OB!

you can say all you want for corporate boxes and designers bathrooms of the world - if I wanted all that I'd stay home. This stadium is what an evening of football was meant to be...loud music, tall beers, long lines, and good friends
