It is really unfortunate that he was painted as a nutcase. He had a sort of vigor that I hadn't seen in a canadate. As for being an enemy of Bush...I don't think so.

Bush should fear Dean about as much as he fears a hobo screaming rants at him outside the White House. Actually Dean has a lot in common with screaming lunatics. Really, what killed Dean's candidacy above all was arrogance. Like McCain, the media built him up and dropped him like a rock when he overheated and imploded.

The only person Dean appears to be an effective enemy of is himself.
