The only good Super Bowl that the Patriots were in is Super Bowl XLII.

A great Superbowl that was over shadowed by Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction". Great play on both sides, and any time it comes down to the last play of the game it's dramatic.

Let me be forth coming. I LOVE THE CAROLINA PANTHERS. But this was the best Superbowl.IF ONLY BILL BELICHICK HAD NOT CHEATED.

it was so close for the pathers to win that I dont like the patriots

This was one of my favorite Super Bowls, with so many players making great plays all night. Just when you though the Patriots were going to pull away from the Panthers, Delhomme leads the underdogs back to almost win the game, only to have Tom Brady, Adam Viniateri, and the Pats defense come up big again for the Pats.

I'm surprised this is so low. I thought this was the most exciting of the 3 Patriots wins. XXXVI meant more, but this one was about as riveting as can be. It's #3 on my list, behind XXXIV and XXXII

If this was not the best, it is very nearly the best!

Best Super Bowl of all time.....No one expected Fox's Panthers to hang around with the big bad Patriots. Up and down th field, you truly felt either team could win it in the end. Helped along by Belichick's propensity to play games close to the vest and win them at the end. Exciting from start to finish and Janet's boob had nothing to do with it.

This was a very good Super Bowl, but I felt Jake Delhomme deserved the MVP (with all due respect to Tom Brady). This was the battle of great defenses versus great offenses. Both teams were deserving of a win. Perhaps, if anything, this proved to naysayers that the Patriots are not flukes. But it also cements Carolina as the team of the future. In any case, this was truly enjoyable.

First off, anybody that judges this Super Bowl over the abonimable halftime show or tasteless commercials is missing the point. The halftime debacle was simply an indictment on how MTV has destroyed music [Every act was so horrible; I never heard a single song or understood a lyric of what was jabbered by the so-called entertainers]. It has nothing to do with the NFL. I guarantee you, next year, UP With People will be doing next years show (YAWN). As a game, Super Bowl 38 was as good and exciting a Super Bowl I have ever seen. Lots of scoring, long TD strikes, a last minute finish, and a well played game makes for a great Super Bowl. I would say that I don't think they were the greatest teams I have ever seen, particularly Carolina.

This Super Bowl sucked for three reasons. 1. janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake flashing her bare breast during Halftime. 2. Nelly grabbing his crotch during Halftime. 3. Censorship of MoveOn.Org ads 4. Ugly repulsive Super Bowl commercials including a monkey sexually harassing a woman, a horse farting in a woman's face, and pro-penis enlargement commercials.

classic battle....I wish all Superbowls would come down to the last play for the game....
