I agree Della Roses is nothing special but it is not horrible. The food is good my only complaint is the crowd on the weekends get's out of control rowdy sometimes.

Della Roses on the Avenue at White Marsh is another one of those places that I don't go out of my way to get to, but it's nice. I've been there about four times; service was always prompt, and they've got great appetizers.
