It is possible the area in which you requested a taxi is an area where Diamond Cab Drivers do not usually frequent. Also remember Checker Cab exceeds our fleet times 3. In all fairness, We would love the opportunity to prove to you we can provide good service.

I called Diamond Cab an hour and fifteen minutes before I needed to be at my destination which was about a five minute drive away. After an hour there was still no cab. While waiting I noticed 4-5 Checker Cabs drive by. I called Diamond back told them to forget about my cab (which they had already done apparently). I called Checker Cab, they had someone there in 5 minutes and got me to my destination in time for my train.
