I called Diamond Cab an hour and fifteen minutes before I needed to be at my destination which was about a five minute drive away. After an hour there was still no cab. While waiting I noticed 4-5 Checker Cabs drive by. I called Diamond back told them to forget about my cab (which they had already done apparently) I called Checker Cab, they had someone there in 5 minutes and got me to my destination in time for my train. Call Checker Cab before you call Diamond Cab.
