Candidates are eternal optimists by nature and he likely won't entirely believe what you tell him anyway, but you have to face him with the truth so the campaign can make whatever hard decisions are necessary.

 | Gentle Jude (23) 09/23/2005 | That is another common sense thing to do. Lieing to the boss will only weaken them and could get you into trouble. Lieing just puts people into a false sense of security therefore the candidate may do something that they shouldn't or do something that gets them into trouble, just because their campaigner was a yes man. It is just a fandamental rule not to lie to another person.
