I used Adcom in San Jose, and they failed to pack my equipment properly, which resulted in damage during shipment. They refused to pay my insurance claim and told me to talk to Adcom's national lawyer about my complaint. I got in touch with her once, she sent me a formal rejection letter, and then never answered my calls requesting to discuss a settlement. This company does not take responsibility for their actions! Don't risk it.
