He got his team to the NFC championship last year with a up and down QB. His QB situation doesn't help him.

Lowest paid coach in the NFL, and currently the best. He is paid fewer dollars than some assistant coaches on other teams! He is on the way to the superbowl!

Good year with da' Bears and if he gets some sort of offensive production conssitently in 06, it will be an even better season for him.

Hasn't shown much promise as a coach yet, but appears to be getting a little better. Might be able to lead the Bears to a .500 season next year, if the Vikings and Lions don't dominate the way I think they will.
