Let's give him credit. He took a team that few people gave any chance, and he inspired them, kept them together, and deserves a lot of the credit for the success of Super Bowl XLII in 2008.

He has not shown the ability to build a winning program. When he became the Giants head coach he boasted about building the NFl's best coaching staff. This season has shown he has failed at that. The game plan shows both no imagination nor the ability to counter the opponents weaknesses. The Giants deserve better coaches. Hopefully, management can reverse their history of poor coaching choice starting with 2007.

Not a great coach but better than I thought he would be.A stern disciplinarian who seems to have adapted to his players better.A pretty good guy as well.

A truly great motivator that pays attention to every detail of the game. Not given enough credit by the media because he restricts his coaches and players media access. A disaplinarian that gains the respect of his player by winning.

He's not as terrible of a coach as some make him out to be... He seems to be successful at getting even their poor offensive line to block for the run. Still, he's not that great of a coach either. I'd give him another season or two to see if he can take advantage of the tools he's been given, and then I'll rate him as harshly as I think he should be.
