Another liberal hack and she doesn't care who knows it because it's so obvious. She did a real hatchet job on Gov Palin and then bragged about "it was just good journalism". This witch wouldn't know good journalism if it bit her on the ass. On top of everything else, she makes an obscene amount of money for simply reading the news and giving it her out of touch elitist slant.

I have not seen Katie Couric since she left The Today Show.  I do know this: The Today Show has changed since she left, and not for the better.

If Katie Couric would go back to be herself, make the evening show to fit her personality and deliver the news with her unique style of connecting with the people, she would be the biggest hit on evening news. But, unfortunately, she has to follow the producers or whomever owns the show and they probably are telling her to follow the male style. She needs to break from it and she will rock. She needs to deliver the news in her own unique style, not copy the old goats... A lot more of young people would be interested in the news and her ratings would hit the roof. She needs to be herself again. And please get out of those dark, ugly suits, they are not you. DOn't try to be boring, you can't you are alive, kind, smart, leave those suits for th eold goats...

She personifies the word "superficiality" and, considering the obscene salary she's being paid, that "superficiality" is obviously what the corporate media values most. Her teeth are bigger than her brain.

It doesn't matter where she goes, I have the remote in hand in order to keep the gag reflex under control. Just shows how far out in LEFT FIELD the mainstream media is.

She was like watching a PR person for the democratic party! I have no problem with peoples political affiliations, but keep it out of your "reporting!" She'll be a perfect replacement for Rather she won't have to change at all!

She is a biased, unserious reporter. What I find most offensive about her, besides her complete lack of objectivity and talent, are her constant denials of having had plastic surgery. Who is she kidding??? She's had at least 5 major procedures that are evident. Who knows how many others she's had that aren't as noticeable? Retire, Katie, then you can restrict your bile-spewing to your plastic surgeon's office and leave the rest of us alone.

Katie Couric was in the right place at the right time. Her "talent" has nothing to do with how she was hired. We used to watch her on the local news in Virginia - I remember saying to myself that she should get into another line of work because her stories lacked any punch and she actually was a boring on air personality. There were numerous other young reporters that would have done an outstanding job. I also get very tired of hearing her voice her opinions over and over - the Today SHow is not the show it used to be - it is more like "Entertainment Tonight" these days. I do like the personalities of Ann, Matt and Al. I personally think the staff went through some sort of therapy because they seem more congenial than they used to be. However, the powers that be at NBC would be well advised to replace Couric at the end of her contract - viewers don't like her!

This malignant harridan does fool much of the people all the time, but now that she is slipping, the nice mask is coming off.

I don't know how to rate her, should we rate her highly ? 5 because she is biased ? or 1 cuase she is terrible at reporting news in an unbiased way ? Anyway, she is weird looking, she was cute when she was young but for god sakes get someone under 30 in there !

She is awful...Fame went to her head...nowhere near the fresh look when she started...

I guess it is easy to be critical or even arrogant of middle American values when you are making between $13-16 million a year. The struggling middle class of the U.S. who are getting by on less and less each year and see their standards of living declining are the ones who should be encouraged, not denegrated. I under stand that Katy Couric came from a middle class background in Alexandra, VA., growing up in a pretty typical 1950's era type sub-urb. Maybe she should take a reality check. Since a lot of Washington, D.C. looks more a more like a third world capital than the capital of the U.S., maybe she should go on a sightseeing tour and take a reality check. She ought to know better!!!!

Ann Coulter best described her as being the affable Eva Braun of morning television. The fact of the matter is that Couric is paid an outrageous salary simply to do her job of reporting in a professional and bipartisan manner; she does neither. She is just another example of the left wing bias that is so evident in the mainstream media.

Katie is one that has a hard time hiding her dislike of middle American values. She seems to think that she and other elites know better than us how to spend our money, raise our kids. She believes in income redistribution. Since the East Coast is the major recipient of income redistribution and middle America writes the checks I can see why she and other East Coast lefties like this theory. They don't want to pay for all the government dependants in the East Coast cities by themselves.

Politics aside, I think Katie Couric is an embarrassment to national morning news shows. She even makes the cretins on Fox and Friends look like geniuses (they're scum beyond measure...)

I think she is overtly liberal with her comments on NBC. I thought the media was to be unbiased. Well get this Katie Couric, keep your personal feelings OUT of it. I just want the truth without a twist of Kate Thanks

I absolutely can't stand watching her. She's great when she's interviewing the stars but when did she become a political expert. She's a disgrace to the media...could she be any more biased?

Blatantly biased in her views. Grills conservatives and tosses softball questions to liberals. Gushes over Hillary Clinton and steams at any Republicans.

Little Katie gives me the feeling that she thinks she is perpetually 22 years old. On top of that she has a very hard time being objective about very much. For all her effort, she has yet to convince me that her opinion on world issues is any more qualified than the average person on the street. Her bias is as obvious as her fake tan and - IMO - she is one of the most over paid people on television.
