In addition to the 007 movies, gotta agree with SZinhonshu and go with Family Business. Maybe not as stong a performance, but liked him in The Rock as well.

Just about every Connery movie is a winner. I loved all his Bond movies, particularly Goldfinger. My sleeper pick was the voice of the dragon in Dragonheart.

Let me go against the grain here and not pick a 007 film. My submission for his finest work is Family Business (1989). Connery played the eldest of three generations of criminals, all of whom had various levels of current involvment in violations of the penal code. Dustin Hoffman and Matthew Broderick both appeared to advantage in this film as well, but Connery really held the story together and was completely believable as a career law breaker and hard playing soul.
