He had at least fourteen legitimate children and a brood of bastards as well. This goes to show that Eddie didn't spend all this time at the office.

He conquered the Danelaw (Viking held territory of England centering around their five fortified strongholds: Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham and Stamford). Higly effective military commander, concidered to have surpassed his father.
