i would avoid this place... its mostly b/c the way things are run. the apt mgr seems nice when you're interested in renting but turns out to be very much different once you're in. he definitely lies a lot and doesnt give straight forward answers. the apartments themselves are okay. except for parking. and the location is terrible. but the interiors are really nice. so nice, that you will NOT get a dime back of your deposit no matter how much you clean (so i would suggest throwing your deposit away and not wasting time with the 3 page cleaning list he gives you when you put in your move-out notice). we owed money to buy all new carpet that he claims our dog urinated all over...which i guarantee is not true. he miscalculated how many months we owed for the pro-rated amount. i sent it back to him with the correct math. without apology, he sent a new bill that was also incorrect, but not by much. he mostly just rounded all the numbers in his favor. i corrected his math again ... We did anyway. We recorded how bad the carpet was. He didn't give us a copy of that page. We had an adult, mature female black lab that didn't pee or poop on or do anything to that carpet. We moved out 3 weeks ago and just got a bill for "pet damage" and have to replace the carpet for $1300. I called a few friends that we made that had just moved out the month before. They have also been asked to replace their carpets. One had a cat. The o... Read more
