UPDATE: I would make one challenge and one challenge alone to people who claim to hate Glenn Beck. Listen to a show. Don't go off of what you read in some blog, don't go off of what some commentator said, listen to one show. If you don't like what you hear, fine and dandy, but what I hear from secondary sources all the time about this guy and what I hear on the occasions when I tune in (a couple times a week, maybe) really doesn't match up.

I used to hate his right wing rhetoric but then his muckracking, the corruption of free spending smooth talking left; coming up with some real bomb shells...Van Jones ...Obamaites ACORN's advising a brothel business under cover report looking for housing help has got my attention... He's accurate, he's thorough, he's specific, and he scares the hell out of me - or rather what's he says scares the hell out of me! A bit melodramatic but never boring. They should double or triple or quadruple his research staff - in these crazy times, we need people like him who are getting to the bottom of the insane hypocritical political and social nonsense and present the information in a clear, concise, specific manner. I listen to him on my way into work 6:30-7:30 - for once I wish my drive was longer - I get about 40 minutes! Better than coffee to wake me up!

I used to have no use for his show. Over the last year, though, It has really gotten quite good. The reason I have given him four stars rather than five is because sometimes he is funny, but he sometimes gets on my nerves, and his tendency to blubber. About half of his guests are the normal Republican guests, but some are VERY good, David Waker, Gerald Celente, Pat Buchanan, Tom Woods, and yes, Dr. Ron Paul.

This guy is right on.

Glenn speak for millions of us who know that Washington completely ignores us.

Followed him for years and watched him grow. He's the BEST! And don't miss his stage shows.

I try to listen to Glenn Beck over the internet.  I just find a station that carries him.

I really like his show on CNN HN but I guess he's moving to Fox.  Which I got rid of.  I think Fox should offer a cheap package where you only get Fox on at certain times.

Glenn seems to be on the rise and although he is only on the radio on Saturday here, out in the real world, he is found all over the dial.

Critical thinker. Great topics. Truthful more so than most talk show hosts. Don't care for the Jesus stuff though.

At one time he was funny.  Now he really believes he is an expert about everything political and the economy.  Seems like he has perhaps gone off the deep end.

Glenn Beck does not "apologize when he is wrong" as one review above states. Glenn Beck is always wrong, and never apologizes for anything. He acts like a little whiney, spoiled, bratty child. His tone is filled with arrogance and conceit, and his opinions are that of an ignorant fool. Why he is on CNN, I haven't got a clue. Maybe they are trying to appeal to the uneducated and unsuccessful crowd.

He's very funny, but a little quirky, too. It's sometimes hard to distinguish when he's being serious.

Honest and dynamic, Glenn says all the things you want to say but can't in a fun and energetic manner. He doesn't claim to be a journalist, but that doesn't mean he doesn't know what's going on. A true patriot, he loves America and being American with no shame in it. It's about time, too. I'm sick of the left telling us that being American is bad. This is the greatest nation on earth, and Glenn lets us enjoy it like we should!

Beck COUILD have a listenable show if he would tone down the music and the LOUD Radio, Radio, Radio music neeeds to go.Anyone who listens knows Beck is # 3 show and Beck has stopped drugs, booze etc. Beck never said if he quit beating his wife or if he ever beat his wife but if Beck thought it would give him rating we woluld hear about it 5 days a week for 10 months. I lkike Beck but hate his PREACHING!

Gives insight that is thought provoking while entertaining

Radio show is 10x better than his TV show. The TV show is too hurried, and lacks 90% of the comedy that the radio program has. Those of you who think he is a GOP spokesperson or Bush supporter are soooooo not paying attention . . at all. It makes it glaringly obvious how far left you lean when you say things like that.

Beck rocks. Its nice to see common sense and logic being used to deal with issues.

Glenn Beck might express the average citizen's concerns; his approach and delivery, however, are poorly executed. If listening to an averagely educated person with insufficently-formed opinions about whatever comes to his mind is how I want to spend my evenings, countless regular people at work have much more enlightening opinions and experiences than Mr. Beck. To date, I have learned no fresh insight about any subject from him - or from his guests, as his questions before them rarely are penetrating or provocative enough.

This show is one of the worst I've ever seen.  He is just a mouthpiece for the GOP. That's probalby why CNN hired him.

I was literally addicted to CNN for years. But since they decided to start imitating Fox, I switched to BBC world. I'm more of a serious journalism and hard facts kind of guy. Glenn is just a O'Realy wannabe, not to mention that he is a former drunk and have admitted several times to be a clown too. He's ratings are falling together (the same with fox) with the presidents ratings. If the team looses, the cheerleeders looses too.

Why does such a boring man get a show? He's like the guy at a party that you try to avoid. Ugh

He may not always be right, but he apologizes for his mistakes, and I believe that he is truly non-partisan with mostly conservative views; he will occasionally agree with liberals, hence the phrase he often states: "It's not about left and right; it's about right and wrong." Additionally, since he is a pundit, not an anchor, he should be allowed to state his point of view. If you don't like him, change the channel!
