As a doctor,I agree with genghis.A sharp doc will find a way to commit fraud.I know of a podiatrist who billed Medicare 1000 dollars.ALL HE DID WAS CUT NAILS!He billed for procedures he never did.Naturally the patient was not too pleased.Ultimately,she took no action re reporting this thief to Medicare.Stuff like that gives us a bad name.Look,all docs "pad a bill" here and there.I've not yet seen the doctor who played it straight 100%.But this other stuff is stupid and poor business besides(Would you go to a doctor who billed the way this character did?)
