WRNR is my favorite station in the area. I prefer Alt-Rock and the early 80's / late 70's Modern Rock stuff and WRNR plays it all. The only thing that I don't like on the station is the acoustic folk type stuff. They may be in Annapolis, but the transmitter is in Grasonville on the Eastern Shore, so that explains the not so good signal going west of Annapolis...

103.1 is great because it plays music you usually don't hear on the radio. The best way for me to describe it is probably adult alternative. I think it has tried to capture listeners who probably listened to HFS back in the 80's and 90's. The problem I have with 103.1 is that it doesn't have a great signal. It based in Annapolis, so its basically halfway between Baltimore and DC. I have a hard time picking it up most of the time, otherwise it would be one of the music stations I listen to most often.

WRNR-103.1 is the best station to hear rock that you've never heard before!
